Verse of the Day
So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. — Hebrews 10:35-36 (NIV)

Please see this page for more details about our services.

Our typical order of service

Processional Song. Call to Worship.

Praise and Worship. We sing several songs consecutively to offer worship to God and enter more fully into His presence.

Bible reading and teaching.  Students dismissed for Sunday School. Through scripture reading and the sermon we hear God speak.

Responding to the Word. Using creeds, prayers, we respond to God’s Word.

Confession, Sharing the Peace, Offering. The congregation exchanges a greeting to symbolize the unity we find in Christ. Tithes of money, bread and wine are brought to the table; Students return from class.

Eucharistic prayer. The Pastor leads us in a ‘thanksgiving’ prayer for the finished work of Jesus on the cross.  He blesses the bread and wine.

Receiving the Bread and Wine.  All baptized Christians are welcome to come forward and receive the bread and wine. A leaflet with more information on this is available. The ushers will direct the congregation forward.

Healing Prayer teams are available at the back of the church during the closing part of the service. Some people go there directly after receiving communion.

The Dismissal Final prayers and marching songs! Announcements and coffee hour follow directly after the close of worship.
